Keyboard itself is awesome, but the pictures are a bit misleading as it includes the wrist wrest in them, which apparently is something you have to order separately. Other than that, it is an amazing keyboard that I hope will last.

This keyboard is amazing.
I had heard Ducky makes really nice keyboards and figured I'd give one a try. I wanted mostly black and no lighting and when I seen there was a "stealth" version I knew it was the one I wanted
My previous keyboard which was also my first mechanical keyboard had cherry mx brown switches. After using that keyboard for a while I realized I wanted to try linear switches and ones that were slightly stiffer so I ordered this board with black switches.
My expectations were pretty high and I was super impressed when I received the board, it's everything I thought it would be and more.
The keycaps feel fantastic, cherry switches are just the best, the usb-c cord can be ran out the middle, left, or right. I have mine running out the left side. The keyboard takes up very little desk space for a full size, has audio controls and a calc key which is handy. Overall I am very happy with this keyboard and purchasing through mechanicalkeyboards was a breeze.
